- You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we invite you to return the item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
